Purpose of processing

Legal basis
Contract performance (KVKK Art. 5/2c), legal obligation (Art. 5/2ç), and our legitimate interests in operating a secure hosting service (Art. 5/2f). Marketing communications rely on explicit consent.
Data categories
Identity, contact, financial, technical (IP, user agent, timestamps), transaction (invoice + payment records), and customer support interactions.
Transfers abroad
Data may be transferred to our payment processors and domain registrars outside Türkiye under standard contractual clauses and the explicit consent you provide when you use those services.
Rights

Retention
Service data is kept for the life of your account plus a reasonable grace period. Invoicing and tax records are retained for the minimum statutory period.
